There are two sizes of units: 460 sq. ft. or 552 sq. ft. Each unit has a living space with a separate bedroom, bath, and kitchen.
Each unit is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, individual heating and cooling units, walk-in shower, linen, clothes, and utility closets, carpeting, and shades.
Tenants furnish their units to fit their individual life style and comfort needs.
Tenants sign an admission agreement and units are rented on a month-to-month basis.
